That's not living, that's dying slowly. :(

You think eating at a restaurant is healthy?
Generally we have meat for supper, but I didn't feel like a big meal that day.

Yesterday was onion, tomato, cheese omelete and toast for breakfast
Skinless chicken breast in sweet honey & garlic sauce over a bed of rice and fresh green beans from our garden for supper.
Peaches and ice cream for dessert.

What did you have?

This morning I cooked bacon short-cuts, an egg for myself, sliced (tinned) pineapple fried onion and red capsicum (no tomato today) sliced beetroot, toast and jam. About $2 for the two meals.

The nutritional value of the meals you described is inadequate to maintain healthy life. That's why I described it as "dying slowly". Ghandi must have eaten better than that.

I like your breakfast..might try that sometime:)

Not very often I see asparagus for 47c a tin.
To me, that was treat food, growing up and my favorite way to eat it.

This morning it was cooked oatmeal and sliced kiwi, with toast.
Oatmeal is great for lowing cholesterol.

stupid cholesterol,
if I didnt ask, I could still be eating fat greasy chops eggs bacon jam toast,
all the good, bad for you, stuff for breakfast
