Hi all,
I was wondering how much growth Sydney and Melbourne had been achieving over the entire city. The reason I was wondering was that everyone has been saying what a massive boom is occurring in these cities, and I just wanted to compare to what has been happening in Newcastle. In the last 1/4 we've had an increase in prices of around 25%. Is this similar to the bigger cities?
