We've had a few MAV packages waived which is reasonable, but an extra .1 points would make a big difference!

NAB are doing mid 4.30s or a little less for that, so that may be a good rustle em up.

Usually not worth moving for that , but just enough sabre rattle for the banks to move a little

$480,000 @ 4.78 Fixed (maturing end of this month)

Just renegotiated

with total lending of $935,000 @ 4.4% SVR

Yes, recently renegotiated. Dropped from 4.75 to 4.4%. I would be happy with even a 4.5.

Hi Akira sorry to keep bothering you but just double checking....

as you know RBA dropped the OCR by 25BPts. and CBA passed on 0.20% to homeloan customers today (13 May)

so I went from 4.55 to 4.35%.

So are you currently on 4.2%? is that correct? loan amount around 830k?

What techniques have people been using to reduce rates with cba? Presuming they just don't hand rate reductions below rba cut out willy nilly
