Not selling, only have 1 in Syd market, paid $315k doubled thanks to boom, but it rents for $600 pw, cash flow is attractive, it's a keeper

My portfolio is close to CF neutral, I expect more growth (short and longterm), selling would only be an option if nuking a place in Syd made me deposits for 2x its dollar value of new IPs elsewhere (and I could service the new debt).
