How much would this 2nd floor addition cost?

So I probably should have researched this before I bought a place, but...

how much does it cost to add a 2nd storey to an existing house?

Let's say I wanted to add 3 bedrooms (including a master bedroom with WIR and ensuite) and 1 bathroom. Maybe 60-80 sqm all up.

I'd like it to be done well and seamlessly (looking at this pic below, I couldn't pick that it had been extended upwards...)

I'd love to know a ballpark price range?

Agree here. Especially 2x bathrooms, access etc. Maybe slightly less dependant on area.

OK. That doesn't seem too bad to me. We bought the place for the location so if we were to outgrow the place it seems logical to extend upwards. I'll allow $350k plus. Better start saving!
