How to check for floods in Ipswich

we are comparing Logan LGA and Ipswich.

Has anyone on the ground got opinions about Leichardt in Ipswich?

- how easy to get a tenant?
- socio economic factors?
- crystal balls about Ipswich and Logan LGAs.
