In-laws are looking to sell house in inner eastern suburbs, approximately 950sq/m corner block, almost directly opposite a train station. They are close to retirement age and no longer wish to manage/maintain100y/o+ house that desperately needs a renovation. (Besides, what do 60y/o's do with 6 spare bedrooms in their house)
