Hi am looking at 810sqm blocks (2 lots) with solid old houses in middle ring suburbs of Brisbane. have located quite a few but th current zoning is not for LMR. in my opinion these wide frontage sites on main rds, lcoated close to bus stops and retail centres are prime areas for townhouse development (if sydney is anything to go by). What is the likelihood of an area (say coopers plains, stafford) getting LMR Zoning in future
