Great stuff! Looking forward to hear more from youThanks again for all the well wishes.
Hope everyone had a great Christmas and new year- I enjoyed my holiday- caught lots of crayfish and whiting- did heaps of body surfing and reading on the beach
The renovated property has now been leased for the amount that I expected ($350 per week), had no problem tenanting, heaps of applicants to chose from.
Subdivision- still waiting on private certification of plans via Weeks and Macklin, that process is now into about it's 8th week, slow going with the Christmas break.
Will keep updating the subdivision process as it moves along.
Bought a 700m sq corner block in Plympton for $445,00 at auction, (3 beds 1946 built) in terrible condition, did lots of renovating- spent $60k to get it looking nice, in the early process of subdividing, all up will spend approx. $580,000 over 12mthsWhat was the suburb you bought in Erica? I could find it through the thread, but, me so lazy..
