I think their commentary on the West is so thin it's meaningless. And have a read of their review of the perth office market... something to the effect of "despite all the evidence around us we still don't believe it and think perth is a one trick pony and we reckon china will take a step backwards therefore the pony will cop it'

Yeah they are just one analysis commentary source. Thats why I think its important to analyse the commentary from various resources and make your own conclusions.
