Another issue of Herron Todd White's Monthly Review is out. Apologies if already linked somewhere. Feature review this month is vacant land.
Interestingly, they've put Sydney Houses and Units both back to "bottom of market" which is a nice risk rating. They see only upside from here. Sydney is the only market in each category now positioned at the bottom and good to go. Most are either peaking or declining with only Canberra and Adelaide still rising.
