Yes it is property related yet I thought I would post it as I can see the humour in it as I'm childless yet have a pet... this is a pet friendly complex/gated community... this is why I would rather someone with a pet anyday over a child (no matter what is its age). At least the pet can be trained (or re-trained) about the misbehaviour... children have something called "free will". LOL
