I am in the process of buying a property and have been impressed with the knowledge that you have, so I contacted a local mortgage broker to arrange the finance thinking that they would be as knowledgeable.

Hi There

The main lender doing the 85 % lo docs is GE.

Around 9 to 9.5 %, not cheap but used for special purpose it can work.
