Wonder if this has been done (in whch case I apologise), and if not, if it will open discussion which might be interesting for more than just me.

Ther's been talk about the risks and being able to negate them

So, from that point of view, how much is enough to jump into a viable commercial investment ?

Is $200k available LOC enough when you have a $12k+ (net aftertax return) shortfall (on current rates) from your IP's ?

I have to consider that deposit etc would have to come form this too, so it's more an open question aimed at trying to learn a bit more than to go ahead straight away with something...
