My name is Daniel and I have decided that the time is right for me to invest in the Property Market.

I hear a lot about Captial Growth, Rental Yields, Vacancy Rates etc when it comes to looking for an investment property. Where is the best place to start to get an idea of these figures and what type of figures should I be looking for?

Any help would be much appreciated.

It will serve you well to get the latest API magazine and go through it cover to cover. The pages at the back provide information by suburb on the median price, average growth over 10 year period, rental yield etc.
