Independent Valuer Sunshine Coast Recommendations

Looking to carry out an independent valuation on a property in Yaroomba 4573.

Suspect it is well over priced and sadly my Investar Search APM subscription is not picking it up because it is too new.

Can anyone in the area recommend a valuer I could be put in touch with?

Looking for someone reliable and well versed with the local market who of course would need to be independent from the agent and current seller.

Not interested in risking the "Bank" valuation because as we all know this is not to protect my interests only their's.

Any tips on reliable local valuers really appreciated.

A rough idea of costs paid of late for a valuation would also be appreciated.

Highly unlikely that a bank val would be higher than a client ordered val.

Plenty good firms in the region that can do this for you.

Care and the I recall both have local valuers

I will look them up.

I hear you on Bank Val v Private however have had issues in the past and happy to pay to know my position early to help define my strategy for offering on the property.

Getting access to Bank Vals in the UK has proven difficult in the past, do we have the same issue here in Oz?

After all it is their val to protect their interest and not mine.

If it's an upfront valuation you will get a copy of it from your broker.

Obviously not just for a standard 4 x 2 x2 cookie cutter home, so a bit hard to gauge

Sounds like a mil plus or acreage
