A "seven figure" price is suggested, but it does look nice;

I am still amazed that selling a family home can make you an instant millionaire.

It was sold Friday 25th June, but not sure how much for sorry.

Would imagine more than the $1 390 000 that was the highest bid at auction.

That's not necessarily the case - when passed in at auction the owners can get scared if they had unrealistic expectations or a limited timeframe.

It may have sold to the first person who put in an offer....

I'd be interested in hearing the actual.
