Insurance while houses are on the market

Hi,

I am trying to obtain insurance for newly completed houses that are on the market to be sold. The houses are vacant and have been handed over by the builder (so his insurance is at an end).

This has been an ongoing situation over the last four years as I've had no joy with any insurance company or broker that I've contacted.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
