that property popped up on ss about 2-3 months ago ... interesting to see it's still for sale. wonder what it would bring with a spruce up and better space organisation. the current net income after levies and rates is only about $160/wk.

might have trouble financing tho ...

Didn't realise this ad was posted before - I thought it may have been joke ad!

The owner-seller route is obviously not going very well then

Looks like he's dropping the price - started out at $198k at the end of the ad, but title now says 'offers over $160k'

& check out that hit counter! Over 15,000.

I cant quote it but i read a story on the w/e of a home on land sold for $1500.00 in the usa the owners wanted to sell the house and claim insolvent as the way the bank treated them,as they had nothing to loose any way and said that if we are going broke because of their bank then they deserve nothing and they will get nothing from us,

I think the add is fantastic.
Lets face it the owner has to be creative to get a buyers attention.
