Can any one provide some good internet sites
for IP research?

Appreciate any input.

What type of info did you have in mind?

I have found using all the real estate sales sites to be helpful to gauge the market in an area.
I have found some data on the REISA site you may want to check the equivalent in your state.

Dear Caroline,

Open any search engine (and I am sure any search engine will do) and type -
"Real Estate Sydney", or "Melbourne Real Estate", or "Property Australia", press "Enter", wait for a second or two, once you have all sites listed for your convenience point the arrow and click any one you like and you are away.

Sorry, could not explain any simpler.
Good luck.

Here is couple to get you started -

http://www.realestate.com.au/

http://www.propertypath.com.au/

http://www.century21.com.au

http://www.shoptheweb.com.au/realestate.shtml

http://www.realnet.com.au/

http://www.ljhooker.com.au/

etc, etc, etc…

Hi Caroline,

If you've got about two weeks to kill, wack this address into your browser. It'll take you to over 500 pages of Australian websites relating to real estate and property. You're bound to find what you're looking for. If it's not there, it doesn't exist.

Cheers

Dave

Dave,

Woah 520 pages - that should keep me busy.

Time is something I have in abundance at the moment.

Thanks
