I was just wondering if anyone knows where to look for private investors with capital that maybe looking to invest their money into property developments. I have been looking for the last couple of weeks now and really havent gotten very far. Do I need to advertise in the national news paper something similar???
I am looking at developing properties such as renovations and new construction but dont have the cash necessary to be able to carry it out hence needing capital investment to get going. I would be looking at around about a 20% return on the amount of money invested or something in this ball park.
If anyone could point me in a direction that would be much appreciated.
