Investment Property Strategy - A Definitive List

Hi Rixter. I've added these.

Humbling to have your input. I've read many of your posts and my comment about a senior member was you (car/driving analogy). I'm currently getting my head around your preferred strategy/products at the moment - eg. townhouses in surrounding Brisbane satellite cells.

Thank you for your kind words..

If you ever need any help with creating your strategy, would just like to bounce ideas or have any questions on my investment story and CGA Strategy, feel free to message me via Skype.

@Finrod - unfortunately I can't edit my OP anymore. Otherwise I would have done this for you.

@WattleIdo & @MIW - Thanks for your input I can see what you mean now with products vs strategy. I plan to spend some time in this initial phase and all this input really helps me.
