INVESTMENT STRUCTURE

From: Simon and Julie M

Hi all
This story may interest some.
Julie and I love being Property investors.
Back in April I posted a question "Where to from here?"
We are relatively new to this game and found that the biggest barrier we faced when trying to accumulate property was serviceability ,or, in the banks view, being rent reliant.
Thanks to some ideas put forward by members of the forum we investigated a way to overcome this problem.
We attended an investors education evening with Steve Navra in Canberra.
At that meeting we were introduced to the concept of Structured investing.
The education we received that night, and then on an on going basis, has enabled us to put in place a solid structure for duplication of assets and wealth creation.
If there is anyone out there who is standing looking at a "brick wall",let me tell you, there are people out there who can help.
Ps. It did not cost me $12K either. Just good old fashion DUE DILIGENCE
.
Any comments?
regards
Simon

You mean Due Diligence right? :) Or.. The process of investigation, performed by investors, into the details of a potential investment, such as an examination of operations and management and the verification of material facts.
