Has anyone used Bill Zheng's Investors Direct service?

Does he have an office in Bris?

Is he much better than a standard mortgage broker?

Hi D,

They have an office at 349 Coronation Drive, Milton, Ph 3842 3142. I know a few people who have used Doug Bannister there and they were happy.

Doug Bannister at Investors Direct in Brisbane is one of my mortgage brokers, and I think he's excellent. Doug's a former accountant and very good at planning from a portfolio perspective rather than just "here's a deal, let's find a loan". We plan several purchases ahead, and which products and LVRs in what sequence. Things don't always work out that way, but Doug's thinking allows me to view each purchase in the context of how it affects my ability to continue borrowing.

Are these the cash flow mortgages?
How do they work and are they suitable for someone who has come to the "serviceability" barrier?

They do promote the Cash Flow Mortgage for certain circumstances, but they have access to an enormous range of products and will recommend what's most suitable for your situation. They are able to help facilitate fairly aggressive acquisition plans.

I don't know specifically about servicability and the CFM, sorry.
