The agent managing my IP said that he's got some inside info that the entire street of my IP will be rezoned into R3. Not sure if he's just blowing steam up my **** but looking at fairfield zoning map, the section my IP is in is wedged between two pockets of R3 so it's quite possible, if not a certainty with sufficient time. But anyway, say this does happen, what sort of gain in value should I expect just from a rezone?
On a related note, I'm keen on buying next door (left or right or both) irrespective of whether the R3 rezone happens or not, what's the best way of approaching this?
