IP's. Wonderful.

Last two weeks; 2 units to re-furb.

Monday; in court being sued over some contract dispute.

Tuesday; some scum bag burns out a car whilst it is in the garage of a unit I own.

Someone please tell me when I am having FUN. Just in case I miss the 2.5 minutes.

Then I get the latest edition of the API magazine from mail box for some motivation.

And who's in it??

You are having fun when you can stay at home and look after you young boys without the hassle of needing to attend a JOB.

You've had some annoying last few days but you've probably had more of the better days then the shite days.

And yeah, TW with her cute face plastered all over the API Mag makes for good reading.
