Ok,

Lease/Option:

Buyer pays premium for right to buy property. Signs a rental agreement for a set time. Option to buy is valid for term of lease.

Wrap:

Buyer pays a deposit. Takes immediate possession of property. Buyer pays seller agreed purchase price in a series of installments over a term with or without interest.

again more info the archieves, no point repeating myself here.

Thanks Alan,

a wrap is the conclusion of the last scene shoot of a television series or a film
a lease is when you date your mate's girlfriend and an option is when you marry her
