is anyone using Rest or Green tree for their own properties to self manage

Hey guys, I have a few properties I am about to take over managing on my own and I am looking at property management software.

peoples thoughts of what is good and why would be great.

I also have a diploma in property services so I may later down the track look at also managing friends and families properties if i am confidant with my own first so please let me know if your suggestions can look after 5, 50, 100 obviously I don't need it to look after masses but knowing it would be able to look after 20+ would be great!

Depends Tano. It gives me product support - if I have questions, I get a response pretty quickly and the updates provide a few new features, reports or tweaks.

New Zealand software... does it work ok in Australia or did you have to do some tweaking?

Works fine for Oz - not as glitzy as Rest or Consol but neither is the price tag.

There are even some Australian customised forms.
