is the "interviews" section still running?

Perhaps you could set up a pro forma list of questions to ask someone and then send it to them in a private message so they can answer it at their leisure. Then when they've finished typing it out, they message it back to Ruby so she can then copy and paste it to create a 'new' interview?
That way it wouldn't take Ruby more than 3 minutes in total to send it out and post it up as a new interview. It shouldn't be too time consuming once you've got your standard set of questions listed.

The interviews run very much like you have suggested johnduncan2. Its not really me having the time to do them, it’s the interviewee having time to answer the questions. The last thing I’ll do is add pressure…..they can take as long as they like.
