A friend of ours is thinking of going into a career as a valuator .
We were talking about it the other night and wondering how much work there'd be , in particular her starting in the industry from scratch and whether any of the banks or whoever would touch anyone new to the game .
She'd be talking our vicinity , regional Vic to the Great Ocean Road areas .
