Is there a lawyer on the forum?

Hi to all,

I have one question that is non property related that I would like to ask. If there is a lawyer willing to talk I would be very grateful.

Hiya Jude!

There are a couple of lawyers on the forum, but they have generally hidden under moss because of liability issues, in that they can't answer a question saying "I am a lawyer" in case you act on it and then sue them...

If it's not a personal question, as in, it's OK for general viewing, might you post it and we can chew it over forum-style for you?

Otherwise, it might be an idea if you let the maddenning crowd know what species of lawyer you are looking for, so that hopefully the appropriate person will PM you (as in, commercial, contract, family, criminal, injury...........) !!

Thanks Asy,

For now I need to keep it off the forum but believe I need a commercial lawyer. I'm not in the habit of sueing anyone either. Just a wee bit of advice needed please.
