Hello all...

I would like to get started in commercial, but there is no way the banks will finance, unless I have at least 30%, which, while I have in equity, is not enough for the lenders I have approached.

SO, my question is, is it possible to do vendor finance for commercial?

Yes, comm lenders will look at this more than resi lenders if the deal stacks up

The qualityof the tennant and the terms of the lease will matter much more than the property per se itself !
