It gets easier

From: Simon and Julie M

Hi all

Someone recently asked us "how can you borrow money when you no longer have jobs". At the time, we hadn't really thought a lot about it so we decided to go to our finance broker and see what finance we could obtain. We got a green light and chose a house the following weekend. We just exchanged contracts today.

The moral to the story is rather than taking "no" for an answer keep asking yourself "how" .... where there's a will there's a way.

We are delighted with our purchase - thanks to whoever it was who asked as that question - you spurred us into action.

Julie

Well done Julie and Simon

Negative comments at work don't worry me too much any more. I'm aiming to be where you are, not where they want to be!

I love negative comments!! The best thing someone can say to me is that I can't do something.

Hi Joanna

Works for me too. I just have to post "you cant do that" and someone proves me wrong most times !

Often wrong - never in doubt

Hi Alan

I'm glad you enjoyed the article in API.

Chatting with Dave Demoor was inspiring and it was nice to be interviewed by someone who really understood where we were coming from. Dave has also profited from property investment so it was fun sharing stories.

Well done Dave.

The API Mag hasn't arrived in Melbourne yet. I'm busting to read it because everybody keeps telling me about the great articles in it this month. I also want to see the Freestyler ad for the Boot Camp.

Suffer Miss Bear, as you know I'm in Melbourne also and I already have my copy which has been redirected from my previous mail box in Canberra which would normally add an extra few days in delivery time. It's a conspirancy against you I'm sure :) Gee I'm a nasty person.
