Jazzed up' & Attached

From: Steve Navra

Hi,

I am STILL receiving many e-mails requesting the article.

This despite the brilliant Sim posting it under Market Reality. (Beneath)

So here it is again!

Regards,

Steve

Steve,<p>
Could you attach the cashbond article for those who missed it?

Hi

Hmmmmm, I have chosen NOT to post the cashbond as an attachment.

The reason:
I keep a register of everyone who has received this info from me, so that I can keep them informed of changes that happen in banking circles that might effect the structure.

By posting an attachment, I won't know who is using this system - and hence won't be able to help them make adjustments when necessary.

However, I will glady send it out to whomever requests it.

Regards,

Steve

Hi Steve

You are absolutely 110 % correct in this for the following reasons:

1. Its an advanced strategy that requires careful management, not unlike rewiring a house with the power on. A trained electrician can do it, but a mug punter could fry.

2. Its your Intellectual Property. You are kind enough to share it with those that MAY provide an opportunity for both you and the client to find a mutual financial benefit.

3. Its not like generalised Mortgage or tax information, its exeedingly specific AND could be seen as providing "Advice" as far as ASIC is concerned. You could be hanging your butt in a sling.

Plus by keeping tabs on who is using it you get to monitor it's effectiveness.

Once that genie is out of the bottle I'm sure many of the benefits would vanish.

There is nothing wrong with controlling your intellectual property.

Cool, no problem, I just thought I missed something that was in the "public" domain.

I will email you to request for the information.

Steve,

I'm here in Melbourne and have been trying to access Median rentals per suburb. Does Steve/anybody know where I can gain this information as all of the websites I have been to seem to provide Median Sale prices only.

Thanks CTrader.

Good information but as you said is outdated.
