I have two investment properties for sale as some of you know. I would like to hang on to my Beenleigh property as I consider this area to have huge potential for growth in the not to distant future. A few of you agree with me here.

I have chosen to sell this property to ease the cashflow, but consider it to be a good investment. I thought it would be a better sell than some others I have. I guess I consider it to be a better carot!:)

I am looking to refinance it as a Joint Venture with the right person.

The house is in a quiet culdesac and about 750 meters to the train station. It is advertised for 309k.

I also have another property at Biggera Waters:

Type: Large 3BR Apartment, 2nd Floor.
Rent: $380/week
Price: Advertised $369k
BCorp $33.50/week (unchanged)
Age: 2 yr old

It is about 1km from the water. Has all the amenties, gym, pool, cinema room.

It would be a great opportunity for someone with a very small deposit. The prices I have are the ADVERTISED prices.
Consider: Half the Stamp Duty, Half the mortgage fees, half the mortgage and half the rates! AND two heads are better than one!:):):)
