We are actively building and looking for further small development sites in Brisbane.
We have just completed a subdivision and construction of 2 new contemporary high set homes and currently also have 2 Townhouse DA's in council.
Our broader Brisbane team are well established in the Brisbane market and currently have several larger projects in completion, construction and commencement stages as well.
We are looking for Finance JV partners to fund further projects and to work with us.
We bring the deal, the expertise, the project management and the team to the table.
You would finance the deal and make a substantial ROI (numbers to date show 20%+ and with a 50/50JV split $250k-$300k each).
Project timeframe would be a maximum of 18 months before profit is realised.
All numbers are worked out on todays market prices, not taking into consideration the potential capital growth in a rising market over the next 18 months, so we believe there is potential for upside upon completion.
