Hey guys, I can't seem to use the search function on my phone, Any way I have just pursched a house in kalgoorlie $335,000 4x2 bedroom house. Got it for a stupidly good price. I have only just moved up here from south Australia about a year ago. I was sick of paying 500 a week in rent for a shitty little house so I bought one Instead, Now I seen what houses are being rented for is it safe to invest in kal? Or should I stay clear. I'm looking at buying another house in about 6 months.

Remote areas relying only on mining are classic high risk/high return.
Most people turn there noses at them, however I know people who have made killings in these areas.
Unfortunately I know little of the areas you are talking about, however if you are out there on the ground and believe there will still be strong demand for years, then go for it.
As you've already bought one there why not pair it up with a 'safe and steady' investment in another area?
