Karrinyup Development

I take it most WA folk saw this:

Karrinyup is already a pretty pricey suburb (for me anyway). Can only mean good things though since it looks like been a pretty big hub (plus apartment prices may sway the local housing). Short drive to Scarborough redevelopment. Plenty of schools. Lake Karrinyup golf course and so on. Plus Karrinyup already has a major bus stop area that I presume they will keep/expand.

Pricing being pretty flat in Perth me thinks could be good buying since I know at least some parts are already R40...
