Kingsford IP Purchase.

Just want to hear what your thoughts are on investing in Kingsford. I am looking at purchasing a new IP unit.

I have a few in this area. The attraction is that it is flanked by suburbs with high capital growth, it had excellent demand from those who attend the uni and work at the hospital and the transport is excellent. Not many places you can get a 15min express bus in peak hour to the city.

The growth has been good in the last few years.
