As I have recently purchased my first IP I am in desperate need of a few good references.

Can anyone recommend a good Solicitor, Quantity Surveyor and Accountant in Melbourne?

for an accountant i would suggest you talk to Dale Gatherum-Goss
who is on this forum regularly

a solicitor i would recommend if i knew what sort of service you require

I have used the solicitors Tisher Liner & Co (9602-4055) I used them on a property that had a very short settlement and they hassled anyone they had to to get it settled in time.
