Labelling requirements - Australia

Hi there, I am looking a importing a food product from US which I have already checked out all the necessary import licenses, etc..

What I am stuck with and hopefully someone can help me is with the label requirements of the product. Does anyone know which agency governs label requirements for food products ? Can we have oz instead of grams ? etc... ?

Hopefully someone here knows as I am stuck.
