Land and Building in different entity?

Is it possible to buy a land in my own name, and then get my trust to build on it?

I am going for a ballot, and I havent started up my trust. So I will need to get the land in my own name. BUt I would like to have my trust build & own the house. How can i do that?

Hi Rodimus,
unfortunately (according to my knowledge) this is not possible.
You could purchase with and/or nominee and later nominate the trust as purchaser (before settlement).
