Hello all

Hoping someone can point me (us) in the right direction.

We have 20 acres just North of Wanneroo in Perth and we wish to talk to someone about development opportunities. This is/will be the first time we have discussed this with anyone so it is really ground zero for us, the obvious questions for us are:

Can we
If not why and what needs to be done
Who can do it with us or for us
Council/Shire involvement (applications)
etc etc

Its really is ground zero as mentioned and we would appreciated anyone who knows a good business we could contact to have a round table discussion.

What is the MRS zoning, what is the local zoning?

The first people I would talk to would be the Town Planners at City of Wanneroo. They will tell you what you are currently zoned and any future proposed zoning changes.

That will answer the 'can we?'
