i am building my first house in wallan victoria 3756
both neighbouring houses have started constrcution, mine is due to start in a few weeks.
i have found out that the 2 front survey pegs have been remvoed, either damaged and run over by builders or something along those lines
i cant prove this is exactly what happened, but im sure it is, wondering if i have a chance of getting the builders of the neigherbouring blocks to go halves with the costs to re peg?
also, can anyone suggest a good cheap surveyor that will come to the area?
