Hi all, settled on a PPOR a month ago and I've noticed that the fence I share with a neighbour is not straight. I want to hire a land surveyor to check whether the fence is encroaching on my land or the neighbours, anyone know a decent (and cheap) land surveyor in Melbourne to do a basic survey on a small block?
