Land tax thresh-hold

Does anyone know the land tax thresh-hold for Victoria?

I purchased a property for $300,000 a few months back and haven't heard anything about land tax.

Thanks.

From state Rev office Vic

Generally if your land holdings have a total taxable value of $250,000 ($25,000 for trusts subject to surcharge) or more (excluding exempt land) you must pay land tax.

Overview is here, the land tax calculator is here and land tax rates here

The unimproved value of your property can be found on your council rates notice. If you are liable to pay for land tax the SRO will let you know. You needn't do anything.
