Hi

I have read that youi can split your entitlemtn with your partner, thereby getting two thresholds. You can also buy in another state thereby getting a new threshold because Land tax is state based.

I am just under the threshhold for land tax. Is it really prohibitive? I mean, would it stop you from buying another Sydney property because of it?
