Landlord Insurance for Commercial Property

Just a quick question I have come across while I was trying to compare residental property and commercial property...

I know you can get landlord insurance on residental, but what about commercial property.

Are they the same or are there some differences?

Insurance is available for commercial, just not as many companies offer it and it pays to read the fine print carefully as to what is covered. Most leases will also list what insurance the tenant has to pay eg public liability so you need to check that your not double dipping on insurance.
