landlord Insurance

Following on from the thread on unlimited Insurance cover, who are people using for their landlord/building insurance.
I am currently with AAMI but a wondering if this is a good deal. I know there is more to it than the cheapest cost, including easy dealings if you need to make a claim etc so was wondering if there were any recommendations out there

Look at Terri Scheer - they specialise in Landlord insurance and from my experience dealing with quite a few different companies working as a PM they were the easiest to deal with (real people help!) and i have never had a claim rejected.

I'm with Suncorp, because you get a discount with multiple policies - haven't had to make a claim though ... I was with CGI in the past - where I did make a claim, and they were excellent.

I would recommend Terri Scheer as well, their cover is very comprehensive and they are easy to deal with. Make sure that you compare each policy on what they actually cover, alot of bigger companies offer landlords insurance but it does not cover as much as the specialist companies.

Ditto Terri Scheer. I was with NRMA until they put me through the ringer with a ligitimate claim........they took approx 4 months to settle a claim. Terri Scheer rocks!
