landlord protection insurance

Has anyone had experience with this company - Landlord Protection & Collection? compared to the main ones regularly mentioned here.

They can offer building as well through Alliance.

I am currently with EBM, and my recent claim process wasn't the best.

My property manager swears by this company.

They said if you have a court order for an amount this company will pay you the full amount within 21 days without any excess irrespective if the amount isn't recoverable by debt collectors.

I am interested to hear peoples comments.

I don't know this company and don't know anything about them.

My question when reading your post is:
What relationship does your PM have with this company? Do they get a referral fee?

I don't know of any commission details. They claim to have over 6500 clients and are underwritten by Allianz. They target real state agencies directly rather than end customers in marketing. They claim to pay out regardless if tenant is on periodic or fixed lease which is a pitfall for many other policies.

I have never heard of them.

To compete with other specialist companies I would assume kickbacks offered to re agents - should be disclosed.
TS I think is about $11 per client.

Most of us don't consider the commissions - nice bonus- but companies like TS and PI plus are just great to deal with. Allianz is not one I would choose or recommend to clients personally.

In my office we've had huge issues and we've converted most of our clients to one of the specialist companies.

I am with EBM in WA as broker recommended, never had to use them for any claims yet, aren't they subsidiary of John MacGrath, I thought they are?
